Our services and resources are provided to support young people aged 11-25 and their families/carers. Participation in our programs, workshops, and events is voluntary and subject to meeting any eligibility criteria.
3. Eligibility
Participants must meet age and any other criteria specified for particular services or programs. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access to services if eligibility criteria are not met or if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
4. Volunteering
Volunteering with Active Minds is a valuable contribution to our mission. Volunteers must complete any required training and adhere to our volunteer policies, including safeguarding and confidentiality guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate volunteering placements if policies are not followed or behaviour is unsuitable.
5. Fundraising
Anyone fundraising on behalf of Active Minds must comply with UK fundraising regulations and our Fundraising Code of Conduct. Fundraisers should be transparent about their activities, avoid misleading representations, and ensure all donations are forwarded promptly and securely to Active Minds. We do not accept liability for fundraising activities not authorised by us.
6. Online Use
Our website and online services are provided for information and support purposes. Users agree to use our online platforms responsibly, not to post harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, and not to engage in any behaviour that disrupts or harms others. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and restrict access where necessary.

All materials and content provided by Active Minds, including logos, text, images, and resources, are protected by UK intellectual property laws. They are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, distributed, or altered without permission.

Active Minds provides support and information in good faith but cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in our activities or reliance on information provided. Users should seek professional advice where appropriate.
